Update: <\/strong>Unfortunately, Plug Perfect seems to be out of business. I found a listing for a similar product, a cord keeper<\/a> that goes with a proprietary wall plate<\/a>. I haven’t tested this combination myself. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The refrigerator plugs into a 120 V outlet behind the lower refrigerator vent panel. It is notorious for vibrating out during towing. To keep that from happening, I installed a “Plug Perfect<\/a>.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Installation is straightforward. Turn off the AC power. Remove the lower refrigerator vent<\/a>. Remove the stock switch plate and replace it with the Plug Perfect version. Find the right cup to go around three-prong plug, and plug back in, making sure the plug holder snaps onto the switch plate<\/p>\n\n\n\n
